um...yeah...the whole 10pm starting time is not working in your favor! First of all, sit down at your wheel and try treadling at a smooth consistent speed, just fast enough to keep the wheel going (in the the same direction...usually clockwise). That will help greatly when you actually have fiber attached to the wheel. More hints to come... vbg!
