Preschool Holiday Party

Daycare had a party with the jolly red guy and presents. The kids sang songs they learned (Jingle Bells, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer). It was really cute. It was one of those times I wished I had a video camera. DC did a good job taking pictures. The lady in green is one of NC's teachers. The kids are in his room and you can guess who the big guy is. He got a Darth Vader figurine and a Yoda figurine (which he calls "Sa-Sa-Sakota"). Don't ask, I have no idea where he got that one from. Cute as a button he is.

Merry Christmas!

We wish you a Merry Christmas
and a Happy New Year!

The artful web-slinger...

Ok...so try and get one good picture to send to grandma and grandpa in thanks for the new jams and slippers and this is what I get. I'm surprised the photos weren't blurry. I laughed so hard when taking these. One simple request of, "Please say cheese." I love this little cutie patootie!

Big stinky plant part II

Here is a pic I thought would help in figuring out the size of the stinky plant.

Big Stinky Plant

This is the hour long line to see the "Big Stinky Plant" at the National Botanical Gardens in Washington D.C.

Me telling Dan not to take my picture. As you now know, he doesn't listen to me.

Noah looking cute by a fountain.

The big stinky plant in bloom. This was what it looked like on the second day of bloom. This type of plant only blooms for up to 48hrs.

We went to the botanical gardens to see what NC called "The Big Stinky Plant".

Even Supers go to daycare

Ok, he loved the outfit but this was the smallest we could find. He might be Mr. Incredible for 10 more Halloweens looking at the size of it. I think he was still really cute.

Ho! Ho! Ho!

I know, tough to tell him from the real guy. I'll give you a hint...The REAL Santa Clause wears a red suit. I don't think he goes around in the buff. My little charmer. This little jolly fella will be visiting the big jolly fella to tell him of our plans for the 25th.

And Mel...Mitch better not get all "philosophical" on NC regarding you know who visiting you know who...wink wink, nudge nudge.

Making Bunzas with Daddy

This was such a cute night. The little guy wanted to help Daddy make dinner. It doesn't look like it but he really does know how to use the rolling pin. None of his efforts resulted in anything edible but he did a great job at playing "hide the dough somewhere in his bedroom until Mommy finds it cleaning". I must say, not my favorite game to play.

Happy Halloween!

Here is a tidbit of what it was like for us at Halloween. Yes, yes, I know that I am behind on publishing stuff, I've just been very lazy...(ahem)I mean busy. ;)
