Ok, so we got the little guy his 2nd goldfish (we really got him 3, you figure it out). Last night, he asked me if he could change her name. I said, "Sure, what would you like to call her?"
He retorted, "Spot."
I giggled and told him that would be fine.
He proceeded to lean near the tank and say, "Hi Spot! Who's a good fishie? Who's a good fishie?!"
I nearly laughed my head off! I don't know where he heard that, but it truly was the cutest thing I have heard in a long time.

Hat for Hubby
Ok....so DC said he needs a hat that's thick and warm. He found a pattern that he liked and I didn't have any wool that was bulky enough for his liking. I did have two balls of grey that I LOVE and with a bit of laziness I decided to knit using two balls of yarn. Not unique by any means, but the color can't be duplicated. It turned out nice and thick.
If my younger sister was wondering, it is like using two balls of the yarn I bought for the sweater I started in CA. I like it. Too small for my HUGE melon, but perfect on the hubby. We'll see if he actually wears it.

Butt Cramp
Just typing this makes me laugh. We were on the way back to the apartment when NC threw himself on the floor and hollered, "BUTT CRAMP!"
He got that from SpongeBob Squarepants. I know, we're bad parents. See how hard it is to reprimand when you're trying not to laugh. I got home and called G-ma and cried I was laughing so hard. What a kid!

Dodging the Snow
Dreaded Yellow Snow
First Real Snow
This is NC's first real snow. Here or in NE. He has never played in it until now. What an exciting day. He was really working himself up for this one.
